SPPAS comes with a Power BI dashboard to provide critical reporting and metrics information.
The Power BI report has 5 pages:
- Summary: Shows a summary of the appraisals in the system
- Employee Analysis: Shows detailed analysis of an employee appraisals history
- Assessor Analysis: Shows detailed analysis of as Assessors assessment for all appraisal period
- PIPs: Analysis of all PIPs in the system
- Appraisal Comparison: Compares one appraisal to another
